About Us

Your Space Foundation is a community interest company providing counselling and psychotherapeutic support to children, young people, families and adults across Milton Keynes, Northamptonshire and beyond.

​

We offer a range of services from single session therapy to long term trauma therapy.  By intergrating talking, play therapy and creative therapies we are able to tailor a therapeutic approach which is as unique as ever client we work with, regardless of age.
